Stow is a personal AI life assistant you text. It remembers the details of your life and sends you reminders, schedule summaries, and appointment alerts, and it answers questions you text it.
What Stow does
You tell Stow about your life in plain language — the people who matter, upcoming appointments, bills, documents, and the things you need to remember. Stow keeps track of those details for you and then helps you stay on top of them by text message:
- Reminders for appointments, tasks, and commitments you mention
- Schedule summaries so you know what your day looks like
- Appointment alerts before something is due
- Answers to questions you text it, drawing on what you’ve shared
How you sign up for texts
You opt in to text messages on our sign-up page by entering your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS. Message frequency varies based on your activity, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
