Privacy Policy

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
• Life Graph Data: Information you share with Stow through conversation, including details about your schedule, contacts, preferences, reminders, documents, and other personal life information. You control what you share.
• Conversation Data: The messages you exchange with Stow, which are used to provide and improve the service.
• Calendar and Email Data: If you connect your Google account, Stow accesses your Google Calendar events and Gmail messages to assist you. Stow can read emails, create email drafts (never auto-send), and read/create/update calendar events on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Technical information such as device type, interaction timestamps, and feature usage to maintain and improve the service.

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Stow service. This includes:

• Responding to your messages and requests
• Storing and organizing your life graph data
• Sending you reminders and notifications via SMS and push notifications
• Connecting to third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail) at your direction
• Improving Stow’s ability to assist you

Your conversations and life graph data are processed by third-party AI language models (currently DeepSeek and Google Gemini) to generate responses. We implement a PII abstraction layer to minimize the exposure of personally identifiable information to these services. However, some personal information may be included in AI processing to provide accurate and personalized responses.

If you opt in to SMS communications, Stow will send you text messages including reminders, notifications, and responses to your requests. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security isolation. Each user’s data is accessible only to that user. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at help@heystow.com or by using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon deletion, all your life graph data, conversation history, and account information will be permanently removed.

Stow integrates with the following third-party services at your direction:

• Google Calendar and Gmail — accessed via OAuth with your explicit permission, revocable at any time from within the app
• DeepSeek and Google Gemini — AI language model providers used to process conversations
• Telnyx — SMS delivery provider
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Supabase — Database hosting

Stow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the app or SMS.
