Terms of Service

Stow, operated by Conduit Consulting, is a personal AI life assistant that helps you organize and manage your personal life through conversation. Stow stores information you share, connects to services you authorize, and sends you reminders and messages based on your requests.

You must create an account to use Stow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stow.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Stow including reminders, notifications, and conversational responses. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Stow app.

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for help and customer support information.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Stow. By using the service, you grant Stow a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service, including transmitting conversational data to AI language model providers.

Stow’s responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Stow is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for verifying important information and making your own decisions.

When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail), you authorize Stow to access and interact with those services on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time.

Stow is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stow and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stow after changes constitutes acceptance.
